How would you describe your band for those who don’t know you?

Hey Heather is something old, something new, something borrowed, something not blues. Swelling pop-syrup combined with punk rocks energetic essence.

When did you form as a group?

Hey Heather was born in fall 2008 when Joni and Jontsa had one guitar riff that needed a few other instruments.

What was the inspiration for your recent album?

The 90′s! At this point we are pre-producing our debut-album and it will be released next year.

What other releases do you have?

Do you have any gigs coming up?

We have a few dozen gigs coming up before the end of the year and we play 3 shows in Switzerland on November. Next year we are planning to tour as much as possible.

What’s your favorite type of venue to play?

Anything goes from big to small. Audience makes the venue.

If you could play anywhere in the world this week, where would it be?

Somewhere in South America, maybe Brazil…

Five years from now Heather is 7 years old and starts her first grade in school. Heather likes math and gymnastics!
