Superpowered Punkpop! Helsinki-based MadCraft has caused quite a buzz recently. Being formed only a year ago, the band has already gathered a dedicated audience.

MadCraft has just released a debut EP entitled “Breakout”. The band offers all songs to be downloaded for free at their website MadCraft.net. The digital release contains additional extras such as a digital booklet, “Making Of” video documentary, live videos etc.

If you ask MadCraft about their music, you’ll find out that the main focus is in catchy choruses and positive vibes. “We like to think that we play a mixture of pop and punk rock with a smiley face on it”, tells MadCraft frontman Tom Nuorivaara.

Best known for their super energetic live performance, MadCraft builds an experience of sight and sound that is definitely something unique. The many videos on their YouTube channel are a part of this experience.

All of this and many more to come has been achieved without a professional big-buck company. From beginning to the end, from recording and mixing to the artwork, from playing live, filming and editing the videos, MadCraft is all DIY!
