Where in Finland are you from?

I was born in Helsinki but I was turning to Germany when I was a few weeks old

How would you describe your band for those who don’t know you?

Veri Jumala is my Solo-Project. It’s full of passion and out of me deep, dark, romantic rock ‘n roll soul

When did you form as a group?

I started with my solo-project in spring 2009

What was the inspiration for your recent album?

The beautiful and cruel sides of life and all my experiences

What other releases do you have?

2 cover albums (Velvet Melodies and Deep Lovely Memories) and “very” old, own albums (Charming Corpse, Silver Vein and an album with own German songs)

What is your favorite song on your most recent album?

I’m very self critical – so I love the interlude “Dead Mens Goodbye”..because I’m not singing there ;D honestly…I like “The Heavens Gate”

Do you have any gigs coming up?

I love to play internet concerts for people all over the world – at the moment there’s no official live gig

What’s your favorite type of venue to play?

I love to play an open air…on a festival or something…

If you could play anywhere in the world this week, where would it be?

In Hell – to show Satan my skills

No website but…MySpace, Facebook and YouTube.

What are your influences as a band?

Hanoi Rocks, HIM, Negative, Type O Negative, 69 Eyes, Die Ärzte (German band), 30 Seconds To Mars

People who enjoy your music tend to like what other bands?

I guess HIM, 69 Eyes, Negative and Type O Negative

Are you signed to a label?

Unfortunately…No!

In the hearts of my listeners

Is there anything else people should know about Sentiment?

Oh I’m just an ordinary guy who wants to reach the emotions of the people all over the world…help them through good and bad times
