Where In Finland Are You From?
We come from Vantaa.
How Would You Describe Your Band For Those Who Don’t Know You?
It’s a total circus!! We’re a group of four guys playing music that is something between punk rock, hard rock…the word street rock has been around quite a lot actually, and especially Jack thinks that it describes us very well. Come to think of it, I think it’s a pretty good word to describe us as well!
When Did You Form As A Group?
Well that’s a pretty difficult question. With this line-up we’ve been playing for one year, quite precisely actually. The first gig with Christopher was at January 17th, 2009. The band itself has been up and, more or less, running for about four years!
What Was The Inspiration For Your Recent Album?
TuHa:
The inspiration? Hmmph…Well, I’d say that the most recent album was recorded pretty much for the fun of recording. It had three songs on it, and only one of them was a new one. The studio time was free for us so we decided to do remakes of two older songs. It was a lot of fun really, and I’m very happy with the results!
Jack:
and TuHa is talking about a demo we recorded last summer. It’s called ‘Summer Street Blues’ and it’s only on the internet (MySpace and Mikseri).

What Is Your Favorite Song On Your Most Recent Album?

Do You Have Any Gigs Coming Up?
We don’t have any gigs coming up at the moment.
What’s Your Favorite Type Of Venue To Play?
The bigger, the better I guess! Haha. Well, the best memories for me are from Nosturi and then the semifinal club. SF is a nice place to play, because it’s quite small, but it’s still designed for doing gigs. This way it doesn’t feel like you’re just sitting there in the corner, playing your songs while people around are getting wasted. People actually check out the show, cause they don’t really have a choice. And it’s always been fun playing there!
If You Could Play Anywhere In The World This Week, Where Would It Be?

What Are Your Influences As A Band?
Smack, Hanoi Rocks, MC5, Backyard Babies, Danko Jones and many other bands.
People Who Enjoy Your Music Tend To Like What Other Bands?
Well they mainly listen to rock or punk…At one phase we tried to expand our fanbase to people who like 80′s glam rock, but I don’t think it worked out too well. Sure, some people liked our stuff, but I guess with no make up or too much hair spray were not hair metal enough to please these people. And that’s okay with me, really.

Ratsia, Eppu Normaali, Ramones…

I guess you can’t say we totally failed with the whole glam thing!

No we are not.
Where Do You Think You’ll Be As A Band In 5 Years?
Oh gee… I really don’t know! I’ve never been the kinda guy who plans things too well, I’ve always gone with the flow. Time will tell, you never know what’s gonna happen!
