A Summary Of Me…
I’m one of the oldest members (in age) here, but you’ll never know it when I’m in the chatroom! I got my intro to Finland by a very special Finn I met in the FCBayern chatroom almost 5+ years ago. Very soon, he had introduced me to Finnish music and I was in love in more ways than one!! My daughter, Bl@kdahlia, and I spent 3 glorious weeks in Suomi in 2006 and then there were TWO of us in love with that beautiful place. Slowly, we are working our way to moving over there and it can’t be a day too soon! Right now, I work as a financial aid secretary in a community college, but what I really want to do is teach English as a foreign language. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish & Sociology and take a new class every semester or two, since my tuition is free where I work. My passions, other than Finland, Finns and Finnish Music, are languages & cultures, also especially Deutschland, reading and watching movies and of course, chatting with my friends!!
